The place worked out great for two families of four, each with a small dog. Everyone had their own room for privacy, but we were able to gather outside in the spacious enclosed backyard, which the dogs also enjoyed. The location is great - a 10-minute walk to CofC and a 15-20 minute walk to stores and restaurants. Communication was excellent, and we had no issues.

Great location and backyard!
This was the perfect place for our stay with 12 girls celebrating a bachelorette. The location was perfect walking distance to King st. and the backyard space was a really nice addition providing a great space for the group to gather. Beds were super comfy and everything was as pictured. I would recommend this place to my friends and would stay again if visiting Charleston!
